€17,000 subsidy programme for new businesses created by unemployed persons aged 30-59, with particular emphasis on women –
Open for application until January 21st, 2025
Tuesday, January 21st, 2025, is the deadline for subsidy applications regarding DYPA’s new entrepreneurship support programme for unemployed persons aged 30-59, with particular emphasis on women.
The programme, with a total budget of €100m, aims at supporting entrepreneurship by enabling 5,880 unemployed persons to set up new SMEs. So far, over 3,500 applications have been submitted or are currently being processed.
The subsidy lasts 12 months after the start date of the business activity. Each new business will receive €17,000, to be paid in three installments as follows:
- 1st installment, amounting to €4,600, after the start of the business activity;
- 2nd installment, amounting to €6,200, after the end of the 1st semester;
- 3rd installment, amounting to €6,200, after the end of the 2nd semester.
The application, including the business plan proposal, is to be submitted to the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance at: https://opske.gr/el
Based on the benchmarking methodology, DYPA will evaluate all the applications submitted in order to select the business proposals to be approved.
The programme is co-funded by the Greek State and the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) within the framework of the Operational Programme "Human Resources and Social Cohesion 2021-2027".
