- Employers' Access to Online Services
The process of registering businesses in the Greek Public Employment Service's e-Services is carried out by using taxisnet codes, through the option "Connect to the System through certification by GIS".
This process does not concern individual businesses of natural persons who were already registered in the Manpower Employment Organization as natural persons or unemployed, as well as for cases of registration of a branch from an already registered company.
In these cases, registration is carried out by sending an e-mail with the request to the Service to which the company belongs and attaching the following supporting documents:
- For an individual business:
- Certificate of commencement of business
- Copy of the identity card
- For the other categories of businesses, the legal epresentative must provide:
- Certificate of business commencement of the branch
- Decision of incorporation of the company
- Decision of designation of the legal representative
- A copy of the identity card of the representative
It is clarified that in case of sending an e-mail, to ensure the validity of the submitted supporting documents or requests, the business partners must also send a certified solemn statement issued from the relevant website of gov.gr.
The solemn statement must state that the specific request and/or the specific supporting documents are being transmitted.
