An Event for the Larissa DYPA KEK “Cook Assistant” Programme was held at the Municipality of Tyrnavos.

An event for the completion of the “Cook Assistant” Vocational Training programme was held on Thursday 22/06/2023 in Tyrnavos. The programme was implemented by the Larissa DYPA KEK, within the framework of an MoU signed between DYPA and the Tyrnavos Municipal Authority.

It was a twofold celebratory event, since young pupils and older trainees celebrated the successful completion of their efforts: firstly, the very young pupils and their parents, who entrusted their children’s physical and mental development to the nurseries of the Tyrnavos Municipality; and, secondly, the Larissa DYPA KEK trainees.

Attendance certificates were awarded in the presence of Tyrnavos’s Mayor, Yannis Kokouras, and Deputy Mayors George Sakoutsios and Andreas Xiromeridios; moreover, the numerous participants had the chance to taste the trainees’ delicious ‘learning outcomes’, lavishing the latter with wishes for a successful career.

The Larissa DYPA KEK responds to the needs of the local labour market and society by providing professional and life skills, with the significant contribution of the Larissa DYPA KEK teachers.
