The contribution of skills to HR transformation

A discussion on the contribution of skills to HR transformation was held at the Naftemporiki pavilion during the 87th International Fair of Thessaloniki.

The discussion was focused on new skills and current reskilling needs.

Particular reference was made to the need to shape new occupations that are adaptable to the rapidly changing labour market, the digital transition and sustainable development.

What emerged as a key objective is the need to understand the importance of education and upskilling in line with the requirements of the labour market, as well as the importance of the businesses’ contribution to the reinforcement of workers’ skills.
