The event held in Athens on Saturday, 26 November 2023, was open to the public, offering all participants the opportunity to attend counselling workshops in topics such as active job search and appropriate preparation for (re-)integration into the labour market.

Participants fully comprehended the importance of an effective CV, learned about the most important soft skills in the labour market, properly prepared for a job interview and were also introduced to the necessary steps they should take to start a successful business, and the key principles for creating a business plan.

Professionals and HR Managers highlighted the critical significance of skills for jobseekers. Moreover, they offered participants the opportunity to ask questions and learn from the relevant experts all the things they need to understand the importance of the appropriate techniques and skills.
