Pre-work programme for 15.000 unemployed young people aged up to 29 in the Regions of Attica and Central Macedonia

Objective

Aim of the re-opening of the action is to properly prepare an additional 5,000 unemployed persons registered with local KPA2 Register, NEETs (not in education, employment or training) and live in responsibility areas of the Regions of Attica and Central Macedonia, to acquire work experience in the public or private sector in order to integrate into the labour market.

Providers

The programme is addressed to: a) private businesses, in social and solidarity economy (SSE) entities, businesses, institutions, public organisations, as stipulated by article 51, Law 1892/1990 (Α’ 101) as applicable and to municipal/ regional authority enterprises, regularly engaging in economic activity, in the Regions of Attica and Central Macedonia.

Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries of the action are an additional 5.000 unemployed persons aged eighteen (18) to twenty-nine (29), graduates of at least compulsory education, registered with the local KPA2 Register residing in the responsibility areas of the Regions of Attica and Central Macedonia and who are NEETs (not in education, employment or training).

Businesses active in the Region of Attica will choose the PRE-WORK PROGRAMME FOR 6500 UNEMPLOYED YOUNG PERSONS AGED UP TO 29 IN THE REGION OF ATTICA.

Businesses active in the Region of Central Macedonia will choose the PRE-WORK PROGRAMME FOR 3500 UNEMPLOYED YOUNG PERSONS AGED UP TO 29 IN THE REGION OF CENTRAL MACEDONIA.
