Job description

Who are we?

Lennartssons Handelsträdgård is located in Väröbacka, an urban area in the municipality of Varberg, in South west Sweden. We are a family-owned company with more than thirty years' experience in tulip cultivation and sale. We have during the last years invested a lot in modern machines and equipment in order to make the job easier for the staff.

We are now looking for eight seasonal workers to join our team!

Main task and requirements

The main tasks are planting, picking and packing tulips. We are looking for you who have previous experience in greenhouse work, agriculture, farming or factory work. It´s is ok if you do not have experience in the mentioned fields but are eager to learn.

We are a team with different nationality and cultures, it is therefore required that you are fluent in English. It is also a plus if you are social, organized and a positive person.

Type of contract

This is a seasonal contract, with start from Christmas to Easter, meaning from December 7th 2020 to April 11th 2021.

Working hours

Fulltime, you work from 07.00 am until 4:00 pm. However, the working hours can be flexible, depending on orders from our customers.

Salary

Salary is per hour: 100 SEK/ hour including 12% holyday pay.

Working clothes

We provide working clothes like trousers, T-shirts and shoes, for free.

Accommodation

We offer free accommodation and free Wi-fi as well. You will be living in a recently renovated house, with two floors, a kitchen on each floor and everything you need to make your food. There are also two bathrooms and three toilets. Every bedroom is for two persons, with wardrobes, beds and free bed linen. If you want to watch TV, we have a common TV room for the staff.
