We are now looking for nurses to several of our departments, primarily to our Theme Aging, Theme Cancer and department of upper gastrointestinal surgery.
At Theme Aging we have wards with highly specialized geriatric care. In november 2017 we opened the first geriatric emergency medicine department in Stockholm in cooperation with Emergency Function. Our 6 wards treats patients with cognitive impairment and dementia, confusion, stroke and neurological diseases, trauma and surgery, multiple illnesses earlier, frail elderly patients with eg heart failure, COPD, diabetes, infections and malnutrition etc.
At Theme Cancer we have wards specialized in the care of patients with cancer in the head and neck area . Our wards treats medical side effects after radiation therapy and cytostatics as well as care of surgical patients with tracheostomy and gastric feeding tube.
We also have a surgical ward specialized in pancreas, liver and stomach/esophagus surgery. This ward includes a postoperative intermediate care unit , where patients who have recently undergone major abdominal surgery are cared for. If you do not have previous experience from intensive care we also have wards for our patient groups at our surgical ward.

Registered nurse in general care in an EU/EEA country. Minimum two years experience. Experience from intensive care is mandatory when applying for a position within the. Postoperative intermediate care unit.
