The European Years of Skills at the DYPA Business Partners Awards 2023

The “DYPA Partners Awards” event highlights the strengthening of the mutual trust between Greek businesses and the Public Employment Service.

Moreover, it emphasizes the modern HR services provided by DYPA’s Service Unit for Medium-sized and Large Enterprises (ΜΕΜΜΕ).

As part of its strategy for greater openness and personalized service delivery in response to the needs of jobseekers and the requirements of staff-seeking businesses, MEMME has recently been upgraded and supported with new employment counsellors and up-to-date tools.

Now in its third year of re-operation, ΜΕΜΜΕ has evolved into the most efficient and consistent ally of Greek businesses in terms of integrated HR services.

Inaugurated earlier this year, the DYPA Partners Awards are presented in three separate categories, all of which are related to the matching of labour supply and demand:

Best Match Award for the “best match”

Most Loyal Award for the most frequent participation in DYPA events (DYPA Career Days etc.)

Hiring Record Award for the highest number of hirings during a DYPA event
