The European Year of Skills at DYPA’s 27th Career Day in Volos

DYPA "Career Day" in Volos is another chance for the visitors to pursue jobs matching their professional aspirations.

DYPA incorporates awareness-raising actions on the European Year of Skills (EYS) in this event too.

One of the main EYS goals is to strengthen training and upskilling employing the right interventions, thus offering people the opportunity either to keep their jobs or find new ones in high demand sectors of the labour market.

DYPA adopts these goals and supports educational, training and counselling programmes and actions.

At the 27th DYPA "Career Day" in Volos there will be a specially designed area with a booth dedicated to the European Year of Skills. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the EYS goals, talk to apprentices and members of the teaching staff from the Volos Apprenticeship Vocational School (EPAS) and learn about the curricula, apprenticeship in work places as well as the potential career perspectives upon graduating.
