Our Abattoir, Boning Hall and Retail departments require the following positions to be filled immediately:

Skilled butchers   Boners Trimmers

 

Description:

You will be provided with training to enable you to become a fully skilled member of the team, de-boning, trimming, packing, slaughtering, operating machinery and carrying out general production work and the successful candidate will be part of a busy (department) team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a progressive, growing and innovative company.

 

Requirements:

Experience in a similar production environment. Customer focused, putting customer needs first. A good attitude towards Health & Safety - Have an understanding of hygiene procedures. The ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under your own initiative. Flexible approach to working hours. Good communication skills. Dynamic and adaptable. Have a willingness to learn and develop yourself

 

Desirable:

2 years + experience de-boning beef desirable.  Previous experience in a food production environment.
