Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare the menu consistently and to the standard required.
  • Participate in recipe development and menu planning.
  • Work with the Executive Chef to manage stock orders, levels and rotation.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the team.

 

Candidates must have following minimum requirements:

  • Excellent HACCP, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Can work well as part of a team and also on your own initiative.
  • Highly organised and a good planner.
  • Experience dealing with high volume in a busy kitchen.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Having a knowledge of Nutrition would be an advantage.
  • Must have 3+ years experience in this role
  • English language proficiency B2

 

This is a challenging role and will definitely be interesting and rewarding for an open minded chef. The personality for this challenge will need to be motivated, be a team player, ambitious, creative and most importantly have a passion for delivering a high standard of food.

  • Salary will be based on experience, starting at €35,000
  • Accommodation can be arranged if required.
  • This is a day time role with no long evenings or late nights required.
  • Weekends are worked on rotation with every third weekend off.
  • Onsite parking available.
