Enger and Swang, a modern horticulture farm specializing in raspberry cultivation, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Raspberry Farm Supervisor. This key role is integral to ensuring the quality of our raspberry products while overseeing day-to-day operations in our long cain setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the work of our employees, implementing efficient harvesting processes, electronically recording harvest data, and submitting delivery schedules. We are located in Lier, approximately 40 km west of Oslo, and we prioritize both professional development and a positive working environment for our staff.
Position Details:
- Location: Sylling, Norway
- Season: July to October

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the raspberry farm, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and guide farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Implement electronic recording systems for harvest data and maintain accurate records.
- Submit delivery schedules in a timely manner to meet production and customer demands.
- Possess and utilize a valid driver's license for farm-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in raspberry cultivation within long cain systems is essential.
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality throughout the production process.
- Proficient in electronic record-keeping and familiarity with relevant agricultural software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Seasonal contract: 1st July to October 2024.
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
Place of work: Svangstrandveien 23, 3410 SYLLING, Norway
Salary: 180,- - 200,- NOK per hour (gross), based on experience.
