An I&E technician -- sometimes called an E&I technician -- works with electrical and instrumentation equipment. These technicians might work at power generation facilities, oil refineries, manufacturing plants, food processing plants and paper mills. I&E technicians install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment such as plant lighting, thermostats, programmable controllers and transformers.
Suitable candidates:
Young people (around 20-32 years) who start their career and want to be more a profession. They have already a little experience, mostly more E than I. They work as an Electrician on a petrochemical plant and don’t have much Instrumentation experience yet. They want to grow and want to work in a stabile country like The Netherlands.
If you have people just finished their school (electrical secondary level) we can also try. English have to be really good and motivation/attitudefor the long period.
Salary: €13-€14 bruto a hour (depends on level/experience) BUT the education, certificates (around €1500-2000) and Dutch lessons will be payed for them. Dutch lessons will start soon and will be intensive. Our experience is that people speak Dutch within a year. How quicker they speak Dutch, how quicker they will grow. Because of some training only available in Dutch and at the workfloor will be spoken English but you learn quicker when you speak Dutch.
Period: for always when both parts are satisfied. The candidate will work 14 months for the agency and after these period he will go work on directly contract at the company. Our experience is that the selection is strict but the group we send befor are all still working there.
Work location: Botlek Rotterdam
Work times: 7.00 or 8.00 hours starting and working 8 hours a day but people have to be open for overhours and weekend hours. Our experience is that people from another country want to make more hours because of the extra %.

Technical education of secondary level (automotive / electronics / mechanical) Technically minded, work experience in a workshop of trucks/automotive will be preferred Familiar with making (annual) inspections, a tachograph, electrical experience, plc experience and driving license C (E) are a benefit Prepared to follow a traineeship Truck Technician (BAT) and First Truck Technician (EBAT) Good knowledge of the English language In the possession of a driving licenseSuitable candidates:
Young people (around 22-30 years) who start their career and want to grow/develop. They have to be the type of working in a shop, automotive working place. So candidates who just finished school and prefer to be an engineer/designer in the future, won’t be suitable. They want to grow and want to work in a stabile country like The Netherlands.
Salary: €11-€12 bruto a hour (depends on level/experience) BUT the education, certificates will be payed for them.
Period: for always when both parts are satisfied.
Work location: The Netherlands, starting Zuid-Holland and Noord-Holland
