Job description

Stufvenäs Gästgifveri is a classic Småland Inn, located in the idyllist Småland, in Southeast Sweden. We are open all year round, have fifty rooms, conference rooms, a congress hall, a restaurant capacity for about two hundred guests, a wine cellar and a modern spa.

To strengthen our kitchen, we now looking for two creative Chef and Sous-chef to join our team!

We are looking for you who aspires to work in fantastic surroundings and in a family-owned company where the main values are courage, joy, love and commitment.

Main requirements

We are looking for a Chef and a Sous-chef with at least five years experience.

You are very service-minded, are stress-resistant, responsible and thorough. You also have a positive attitude and a commitment to the task.

We cook at a high culinary level and try to use local products as much as possible, as sustainability is close to our hearts.

About the position

Working hours: full time day, evening as well as weekends

Working Language: English

Date of start: as soon as possible.

Salary: individual salary based on experience and on the Swedish general agreement for wages. Accommodation can be arranged in the area, but a car and driving license is good to have. Selection will take place on an ongoing basis
